Faces between theatre and folklore

NohWorldOrder draws on Japanese Noh theatre and the expressive faces of worldwide folklore. The masks move between recognizable human expressions and imagined characters.

Each face is paired with an individual sculptural structure: ornaments, patterns and found elements form the character’s world. Unique pieces, made by hand in Switzerland.
